Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Crystal River

I just got home from going through the drive through, in Crystal River FL. The parking lot is dirty with trash. I paid for my small vanilla ice cream, I believe it was $2.43. I paid with a dollar bill and $1.43 in change that I had in my coin holder. Thegirl at the window, had to count this 3 times while using her fingers, to assist in the addition. Then, had to ask one of theboys that worked there to come help her count it! I couldn't believe the struggle this girl had. It took so long. I finally justasked if I could have my ice cream, that was already prepared. Then, the boy that could count, raced a turtle to hand my tastytreat to me. But, the turtle won. Maybe, being able to count coins should become part of a required skill set to be employed atDQ. The ice cream was, as always delicious. But, not worth the time it took to get it. I will return to DQ but not that one.

Just HAD to have a wonderful BLIZZARD as I drove by...Heath bar is my favorite!! Yummy! Smooth, thick and fresh. They did not disappoint! I even gave them a special request for a bit less chocolate sauce and they readily helped. Yup, they win at customerservice! A side note: they are so disadvantaged with the constant road construction going on in front of their place these pastnumerous months. But, it should all be worth it in the end. I went there at just after 5:00 PM and they were not busy in thedrive-through. So, when you get hangry for a cone or a treat, I'll definitely recommend this DQ!!

I visited the drive-thru and was disappointed to find the staff using vulgar language and behaving quite immaturely. The food I received was cold, and some items were so hard that they were impossible to eat. To make matters worse, the phone line was out of service during the several days I attempted to reach them. I won't be returning to this restaurant. If this is what people meant by "new" management, then it's clearly a big mistake.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff is always friendly and works diligently to provide quick service. The place is also nice and clean.

The service was great, and our server was very friendly. The Hot Fudge Sundae was outstanding! Then again, I've never had a bad one, especially at DQ.
