Domino's Pizza - Crystal River

I normally don't buy from these chain pizza franchises. Just off work, staying at the Hampton Inn, hungry, decided to give it a whirl being I met a delivery man bringing some pizza to a fellow traveler; he told me about their pies. I ordered a thin crust,extra cheese pepperoni pie. Horrible!! Everything on the pizza was dried out. Generic sauce, low quality mozzarella. I simplyate the cheese and pepperoni only. The crust wasn't pizza dough, it was thin and tasted like card board. The delivery lady wasgreat. So great job to who is hiring your delivery staff. But the pizza? Buy from the mom pops...these chains need toseriously up the QUALITY.

The service here is fantastic! One nice upgrade that I haven’t seen in other stores is the on screen countdown until your food is ready. That was a great feature to have. The store was very clean and well managed. Isaac was extremely welcoming, respectful and personable. He let me know how far along my order was while I was waiting and assured I was satisfied when it was complete. Our pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. Excellent location with exceptional employees!

Large pizza was only 6 pieces and 10 inch diameter. But it was delicious, right, hot, fresh and fast! This is the fastest delivery I've ever received from anywhere. Kudos Dustin!

Great experience by a girl named Ashley! she took my order an she was so SWEET SO CARING! I told her I’m on low income she managed to give me the best coupons gave me a fantastic deal!! I saved $40!!!! She also delivered it to me so fast!! I was mind blown on the timing!! She said if anything is wrong with the order feel free to give us a call back we will be happy to fix it for you! Nothing was wrong with my order and it was absolutely HOT delicious!!! She has a great attitude and has fantastic customer service skills!! Someone needs to give her a raise!! Like NOW!!
