El Pollo Loco - Cudahy

I received the wrong tortillas and asked for extra creamy cilantro, which the server acknowledged, but I never received it (I would have paid for it if necessary). They also messed up my tostada order; this happened during my last visit as well. Fortunately, I caught it this time and they were able to correct it, but the tostada tasted like it had been fried in old oil. I've been here twice, and both times I was disappointed.

What is the point of keeping this establishment open when they never have chickens that is my 6th. Once come here and still no chicken and on the 6th Once we wait in the thru drive for over 30 minutes only for them to say they have very terrible experience from chicken in this pollen loco .

I really enjoyed the chicken dishes here; they are some of the best near Los Angeles County.

When I placed my order, they served me dry chicken that lacked any flavor. The soda tasted like it was mixed with dirty water.

They dont have regular chix at that moment (30 min wait)...So, i bueno leg &thigs and the chix was dry...i request for some serranos chiles and the guy said.. we dont have it right now It was a really bad experience
