Melatte Cafe Chocolate - Cuenca

Decent coffee, tho slightly pricey for Ecuador (paid $2.30 for my Americano). Fairly quiet when I was there around mid-day. Nice if you require a place to work for an hour, but not much longer.

Great shop with an interesting design, pastry selection and dark espresso roast.

Matcha latte is very weak. Free wifi but not leading to the internet. Staff is very indifferent, I was standing at the counter for quite a while when they were sorting some coins, not even acknowledging me. When I said the internet is not working they just shrugged and returned to the table to chat with the owner.

Good Cafe latte and the cinnamon rolls were worth it.

Nice spot for a cappuccino, a postre, and a chat with friends. Wifi if you bring a laptop. I've charged my phone over a cuppa coffee.
