House Cafe + Lounge - Cuernavaca

Really nice staff, great place and delicious breakfast. Small buffet but nice and with good menu options.

I must say that me and my friends landed on this restaurant by chance. We were on a terrible traffic jam, hungry, desperate and with a dog in the car. My girlfriend tried to call several restaurants to know if they were pet friendly until one restaurant suggested us to go to house cafe. They take dogs.The place is just two blocks away from city center. The mood of the restaurant is joyful, modern and relaxing. It's in a patio with a pool in the center. It's part of the Las Casas B+B (hotel & spa), which seemed very nice too.The menu is short, but everything in it sounds delicious. And it was. Deep fried plantation with pasilla chile, mooshroom soup, roasted tomato soup, Baja fish tacos, prime rib tacos, the lot, just magnificent. The chef is outstanding. I've been to many other restaurants that don't deliver what they are trying to sell, but this one does without any snobbishness. Service was outstanding too.

This place turned out to be the unexpectedly great experience! Beautiful setting by the pool with all-white deco and stylish furnishing, reminding high-class beach clubs in Mediterrinian. Nice crowd, nice music, interesting menu & great coctail listMexico city lacks this type of places. Well done!

Inside Las Casas B+B hotel, this restaurant is charming, has a very good service and menu. Fridays and Saturdays evenings they have a DJ playing by the pool. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
