We tear the cocks in advance in front of the menu. However, being only 2 and my spouse not hungry enough to take a dish, we were told that it was not possible, it was a dish or nothing (it would have taken the same, an entrance, a dessert and at least 1 glass of wine, me entry/plat/dessert). So we drank our glass of wine (excellent in the passage) and our soft and we left. Is it legal (and moral/commercial/logical after a period of covid), to refuse 2 customers, whose slate would have exceeded 50€ to 2, to refuse to serve us? Not if we refer to the legal consumer code (Article L122-1). In a restaurant completely VIDE? Absurde. Too bad because the welcome was at the warm base. Never seen. We're going off. Sad!
