Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cullman

What a disaster. I placed an order online at 9:15 PM from a Chipotle that is supposed to close at 10 PM. Just five minutes later, I received a call saying they couldn't complete my order due to "staffing issues" and had to close early. They also claimed they didn’t have any food available. I requested an immediate refund, but was told, "the computer won’t let me do that." They instructed me to contact a corporate number for Chipotle to sort out the refund. So, I ended up paying for a meal they refused to prepare and wouldn’t refund. Where I come from, that’s considered theft. I will definitely be contacting Chipotle corporate about this situation.

I had lunch today at 11:00 AM, and the food was served cold and completely tasteless. I spent $33.30 on two bowls and two small drinks, and the meal was truly disappointing—unappetizing to the point of being inedible. I won’t be returning!

However, I feel I need to update my review once again. It seems things have changed significantly since my first visit. I’m not sure who is currently managing this location, but it has really declined since it first opened in Cullman. The customer service and the quality of the food have dropped noticeably. Almost every time I visit now, I find myself having to request fresh meat or other ingredients because the food pans are either empty or the food has been sitting out so long that it’s dried out. When I make these requests, the staff often responds with attitude, as if my asking for fresh food is an inconvenience. It seems like many of the younger employees expect to get paid for doing very little, which is not how a job should function. Management needs to step up and restore the quality of service and food that this place used to offer a couple of years ago. If this behavior continues, I doubt they’ll last long in the area.

Never again! 4 bowls cost $66?!? And the food was bland. It's just Moe's with a different name. And I can't stand Moe's! Highly do not recommend!

Best chipotle I?ve ever been to to be honest. Staff was friendly and service was great. Some chipotle?s suck?not this one.
