Ruby Tuesday - Cullman

Have eaten at this ruby Tuesdays many off times. The food is always great and the garden bar is a kick ass salad bar vast selection of items. They have great entries love the sirloin and panko crusted shrimp. Great seasonal deserts to.

It was Ok, came here twice. First night we just had a few drinks at the bar. Then the following day we had lunch. I ordered the chicken salad. Very surprised how long it took to get my order out. For a minute there, I thought they had to go grab the lettuce and vegetables from a garden. Something had to be a reason why it took so long. I did enjoy the salad, the dish is a large meal. Chicken was delicious, and tender. Waitress didn't seem to be very interested in our table? We had eight, you think she would've been more concerned. I always wanted to try Ruby Tuesday, finally I did.

I have had frozen dinners better than this, and the food looked like it was from one! Tried the Chicken 'Bella with a side of broccoli and the mashed potatoes. Chicken was ok...the sauce and mushrooms seemed like an afterthought...broccoli was cold and the mashed potatoes were ok... Service was not with a smile . Sweet Tea had a bitter taste and everyone else 's drinks were bad. Brother had a hamburger and the meat had no seasoning or taste. Very bland. Mom had the ribs and could barely stand to eat them. Maybe it is just this location. I will not eat at this particular location again. A lack of other customers should have been a red flag, especially during the lunch time rush. (And not to mention the horrible music playing over the speakers).

The salad bar was phenomenal so many choices and things to add! The server was a big guy and dripping in sweat. I felt bad for him, like that he maybe needed to be wearing a t shirt instead of a button up and slacks. My husband and I both asked for medium well burgers and they came out like hockey pucks literally burned crispy black on both sides. I tried to scrape it off, but the whole patty broke. I managed two bites and gave up. To be fair, I didn't mention it to the server because we had our baby with us and I'd rather fill up on the salad bar and not eat the burger than spend another half hour waiting on a burger. So probably next time we won't order burgers at this location.

Let's me first say we love ruby tuesday especially their salad bar. But today was not a day to go. Salad bar was good as usual except for waiting for someone to put plates at the bar. Which is the only reply they got 2 stars. Service was lousy. Constantly waiting or have to ask for or glasses to be filled. Ordered endless soup. It wasnt endless. Only got one bowl of soup. Waitress said there kitchen was slammed. Let me first say that's no my problem. Should have been prepared with enough workers.
