Taco Bell - Cullman

Ordered a Mexican pizza combo and 2 drinks both sprite. Got home and realized they only gave me one drink (Dr Pepper) and only gave me the Mexican pizza without my other 2 tacos. On top of that this pizza looks like a **** show, literally looks like they were in a hell of a hurry and just slapped everything on it , unimpressed and won't come back to this one ‍

So the only reason I am giving two stars is because the employees were polite and provided good service. I don 't eat at Taco Bell but my kids begged me to go. We went in because I didn 't want tacos all in my car. As soon as you walk in the side entrance, it smells terrible. Like bad plumbing and grease. The dining room in this place was disgusting. At some point the roof must have been leaking because tons of the ceiling tiles showed water damage. I 'm pretty certain there was mold too. C 'mon like Taco Bell can 't afford to replace ceiling tiles!! The whole time I was thinking, if they are okay with the dining area looking this way, I wonder what it looks like in the part of the restaurant where guests don 't see. I couldn 't get out of there fast enough.

I usually just do the survey on the receipt, but since I didn't even receipt this time I had to find somewhere else... I have NEVER received all the items I've ordered from this taco bell. Today I didn't receive my cheesey godita crunch. And I ordered a nacho bell Grande with steak and it was chicken, that wouldn't be as big of a deal if I wasn't pregnant and chicken didn't make me puke. I'm just so irrated with driving all the way there and checking my bag thinking it's right, then getting home to find the only things that I want are messed up.

The service at Taco Bell was great, but the girl at the register had a nasty attitude toward the employers and she even argued with another employer. The girl was also being rude to a customer and not being helpful to them at all. She kept rolling her eyes at us when it was our turn to order our food.

I've given this restaurant plenty of opportunities, but once again, I was disappointed today. It seems like they really need to hire someone dedicated to ensuring that the correct items are packaged. I ordered my meal without lettuce, only to find it packed with lettuce when I opened it at home! It feels like half the staff is being sarcastic when you make custom orders, which is incredibly frustrating.
