Chipotle Mexican Grill - Culpeper

Dez '21 We have the chicken bowl and a double wound burrito with chicken and steak. The chicken has actually improved since this place is open. Being dry, but now is tasteful and juicy, but the steak was not so good. I actually had to shoot three separate lumps of Gristle. I used to enjoy the garden Salsa and the corn, but now they are both loaded with purple onion. Service for take out was fast, even with online orders still in streaming. You don't have your own delivery, but Doordash is in and out all day.

I visited this restaurant last night at 9:00, and I was really impressed with the customer service! The staff member behind the counter was very friendly, and he did an excellent job preparing my food. I would definitely recommend this Chipotle to others. I think the evening is the best time to go because the crew is fantastic! The cashier at checkout was also cheerful and welcoming. I did notice that another cashier seemed a bit new, but it’s important to remember that many of these young people are working the night shift and are doing their best. (P.S. Chipotle isn’t a traditional Mexican restaurant, though.)

I visited today and observed a number of rude and demanding customers cutting in line ahead of me. Despite this, the staff maintained smiles on their faces and were incredibly patient and friendly. They graciously accommodated every unusual or rude request for online orders and ingredient adjustments behind the scenes. I don't believe in exhibiting poor customer behavior, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic job you're doing. It requires a lot of patience to work with the public. Thank you! My meal was delicious.

I really enjoy Chipotle. I typically place takeout orders, and I've never received the wrong order. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the dining area inside.
