Ihop - Culpeper

We arrived at the restaurant in the late morning. The main issue with this place is the traffic from Chic-fil-A, which makes it challenging to access the IHOP parking lot. The line for the drive-thru starts before you even reach the restaurant. However, once inside, the restaurant appears to be decent and clean. We were seated immediately and the servers were friendly. The food was served hot and was delicious. Our group ordered breakfast items and lunch items, and I personally enjoyed the turkey sandwich. The food was served promptly, and overall, we had a positive experience and will definitely return.

The service at this restaurant was fast and efficient. The food was enjoyable, although I was not a fan of the roasted steak as it seemed overcooked and had a somewhat artificial taste. However, my partner enjoyed his chicken sandwich with avocado. The servers were excellent, providing great assistance and were very friendly.

I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, especially on the weekends. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast bowls were delicious. I suggest trying them with avocado.

The service started well. somehow the kitchen has brought our order out of the order. people who came in 15 minutes after we got food in front of us. when we got our foodmine hot and good, the woman was cold, so they again eat it with fresh food 7 minutes later the same food microwave.

I worked at this ihop and I can honestly say that the management of this restaurant is horrendous. The way the managers treat not only the customers, but the employees is incredibly disrespectful and why it always looks like it’s on its last leg as a store is a terrible first impression. They sap the hard workers dry. The Culpeper ihop is absent of leadership, empathy, and customer satisfaction. At the end of the day, these people do not care about you or your food or how day is. They only care about getting their paycheck because they are on salary and are able to sit around doing nothing productive for the restaurant. I’ve witnessed gross misconduct among the staff and it disgusted me to the point of quitting that job and move to better prospects. Culpeper ihop is the bottom of the barrel
