Írjon visszajelzéstA remarkable place of service. The people that work here care about how I am and they have incredible attention to detail. I went here clueless on what to order, however, I was fortunate enough to get by far the best customer service I have ever had. I do not say this lightly. When I came here I expected to just get my coffee and leave. I believe the greatest differentiator from any coffee shop is the interaction you get with the barista?s. Here I didn?t know what to order and a down to earth barista, April, gave me a delicious recommendation: an iced caramel macchiato with blonde shots. My goodness, may I say this is by far the best coffee I have ever had. Furthermore, I think although I ordered something simple, April greeted me in a warm fashion, had a brief conversation while I was ordering, and made me leave with a sense of happiness along with my new favorite drink. This made me realize that any coffeeshop can make a great coffee drink, however, it is rare to meet a barista that makes you feel like if you were family. If you are looking for coffee there are plenty of places, but if you are looking for an heart warming and empowering experience this is the place to be. Thank you Starbucks team for making my day!
Very warm Starbucks with great employees. Nice butterfly decor brings Starbucks up a nouch. I love this Starbucks, great service. Thanks Starbucks!!
As a former partner at this store, this response is to Alex Whitehead down in the comments. I agree, partners should get trained on how to deal with a Karen or a Kevin that arrive with an entitlement. The training should consist of developing superpowers such as reading your mind because clearly you standing midway without notifying a partner just won?t do it. Secondly, if we do not see your order, it is protocol to ask the customer to revise if the order was sent to the right location. If the order is not sent to the right location, a partner will remake your order to save yourself a trip. Moreover, you missed to write in your comment that you had a tantrum and yelled, ?Gosh! I come to this store all the time, I know it?s the right location!?. Clearly, people like entitle Kevin are not used to being questioned. Of course I will ignore your behavior because it?s unacceptable. Your order was not completed due to technical error that day and you were given your items once completed. Employees quit retail/food beverage because people like entitle Kevin expect to be treated like royalty after yelling at an employee. In my book, the customer is not always right. I advise YOU to take a course on how to bring down your entitlement. Aside from blinking and moving the eyeballs from side-to-side, rolling my eyes will cause additional work that I don?t need.
This Starbucks is amazing. Best one I?ve ever been too! Employees are nice and friendly here, and I believe it?s because of the positive affirmations they constantly see around their store!! Other Starbucks should take notes ????!!!! ??
