Marylou's Coffee - Cumberland

I always enjoy great coffee and a nice atmosphere here. The staff is incredibly friendly. Today, Laura made my coffee just right and was very pleasant to talk to. It's a refreshing change from Dunkin'.

This place is declining rapidly. I ordered a Minty Lou, but there was absolutely no mint in the coffee. On top of that, there was hardly any ice in it. I didn't realize until I got to work 20 minutes later. The last time I was there, my Minty Lou didn’t even have any mocha! What’s going on? Are there new employees? I’m trying to be understanding since it’s the holiday season, but there have been too many mistakes lately. It’s a shame because this was my favorite coffee spot.

The employees here are incredibly friendly and work really hard. I genuinely hope they are being treated well by management during this pandemic and that they are receiving fair wages. To any men reading this, please remember to be respectful towards these women and give them their space.
