Firehouse Subs Bethelview Corners

I've been ordering from this restaurant since we moved to the area a few months ago, and the food has always been excellent! The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is well-maintained.

I ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches, specifying only meat and cheese, but that wasn't what I received. The people I bought the sandwiches for refused to eat them. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. A week ago, when I visited the same location, one of the employees appeared frustrated as I walked in; it seemed like he wanted to go home and didn't care about the customers. After these experiences, I won't be returning. I didn't enjoy the food, and I've had much better meals at other places.

A huge shout out to whoever is running this store because the employees are just awesome. They have no attitude, when you ask them for something they are more than willing to help out and make you happy. The sandwiches obviously taste amazing as well.

The sub-joint is fixed! I didn't have a sandwich I didn't really enjoy. I will also notice that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine...always a nice bonus!

While only white guests were greeted with a warm "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!", the rest of us were met with nothing more than a dismissive smirk.
