Nido Cafe - Cumming

The restaurant attempts to create a unique and imaginative experience, but we found it lacking. We waited for two hours and our orders were forgotten twice. The food arrived cold, and the ingredients listed on the menu were not what we received. Overall, nothing justified the time or money spent. It felt like we should have just walked out instead.

VERY Lackluster food 1st experience! Came in to have a quick bite, service was slow, chai latte was luke warm and BLAND! I got the brie basil croissant but the fried egg was cooked hard and tasted like it was made earlier and not fresh. Husband got the tostadas and he said they lacked flavor and his fried egg was the same as mine. We were never asked how we'd like our fried eggs and my husband never was offered a refill of his coffee. The server mumbled and didn't care to be bothered except when it was time to pay, in which he hovered.

The food was excellent and tasted wonderful. It was a delightful experience for us, especially since it was our first visit. The drive there was definitely worth it!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the offer, but I think it would be helpful to inform customers about the matcha, as it differs greatly from the traditional matcha lattes made by baristas. This could help manage expectations. The matcha latte I ordered tasted like unsweetened, dirty grass water—something I've never experienced after trying many matcha lattes in my life. It was quite disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that the only coffee option for takeaway was American-style, which was also disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I even took a picture of the drink after pouring it out, and it was extremely gritty at the bottom.

Very good food! the server were very sweet and accommodating! they have an amazing gluten-free crepe and are very respectful of gluten problems. beautiful interiors in free and good prices. it was so nice to eat again a cup! thanks to this restaurant?
