Mcdonald's - Cutler Bay

My all-time favorite fast food spot! The customer service here is excellent.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. They constantly get my order wrong, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here. The meals are often cold or incomplete.

The food is delicious, and the pupusas are outstanding. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

I just went at 12.52 to get something to eat and I called hello hello hallo, and nobody answered, I'm going around because the whole light was up, and I don't see anyone, and then comeback and I horn twice and they answered, I ask if they sleep? And they said no, I'm asking for my food and told me that only number 1.2 and 3. Sr and Miss for your service.

This time has definitely been the last time I go to this location. I usually have to go because it is the closest to my house but this time was the last. Whenever I go they either screw up my orders or give me attitude. the owner or manager should check the training given to their workers on how to treat the customer and how to prepare the food. I also work in a food place and the most important thing is our clients and of course making the orders as they ask. Very disappointing.
