Dunkin' - Cuyahoga Falls

Everytime I roll through the drive thru, the staff is super friendly, always giggling about something lol, and very helpful with any questions I have about the menu. Yall make the start to my day so much easier, you caffinate me, and set the tone for myday, and I appreciate it. ??

They make the coffee good pretty much everytime I go here, but it tends to be one of the more expensive dunkin compared to Tallmadge Circle I spend less there. At this one there's more sales tax and some items cost more but never the less a goodexperience.

The staff were quite rude. When they made a mistake with my order and I asked for it to be corrected, they had a snarky attitude. The girl at the window with brown hair and glasses just looked at me as if I were clueless.

The coffee here is great, but they frequently run out of donuts. Given that Dunkin is famous for its donuts, I think they should stock more of the popular varieties from their supplier. If donuts are no longer a focus for them, they might consider running an ad to clarify that they aren't primarily a donut shop anymore. It’s similar to if KFC ran out of chicken!

The coffee offers excellent value for the price, and the breakfast is quite good as well. It's a fantastic spot to grab a quick breakfast if you're in a rush before work.
