El Papa's Mexican Bistro

Finally decided to try this place out a few months ago and I wish I had tried it sooner! As soon as you walk in you instantly smell all the delicious food from the kitchen which really sets the mood. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the service is fantastic. The food comes out quickly and tastes amazing. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite!

When I'm shopping in the Chapel Hill area I stop in! Good food! Lunch portions are just enough and the prices are great. I love the staff here! So friendly and efficient! Oh and the margaritas? Just go....

Today, I stopped in spontaneously after shopping at Bath Body Works. The atmosphere was pleasant and it felt like familia. Victor brought my delicious food with a friendly smile. I like this guy! I like this place! I like this margarita!! #bomdia

This place is fantastic. I've come here twice and got something different both times(street tacos and the barria tacos). But, both were phenomenal. The rice and salsa is really good and the chips aren't thick like the other Mexican restaurants. The staff are always friendly. Probably the best restaurant and my favorite restaurant in the area. Definitely will keep on going.

Fresh ingredients. Strong margarita’s. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Excellent service. When a lot of Mexican restaurants in the area have been going downhill, this one is doing it right. Keep it consistent, and we’ll keep coming back
