Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen {shadow Creek}

We recently returned to Gringos after a long time, and everything was fantastic! Our experience started off wonderfully thanks to our server, Addi. She was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She informed us about the specials and answered all our questions. The food and drinks were delicious! We tried the pineapple margarita, Cadillac margarita, and sweet tea. For our meals, we ordered the cheese enchilada plate, fajita tacos plate, and the plato soldado. We enjoyed our visit to Gringos so much because of Addi and the great food that we will definitely be coming back for more.

The food was outstanding, and I highly recommend going if it's not too busy. The service started off well, as we enjoyed plenty of chips, but then things slowed down significantly. By the end of the night, we didn't even receive our dessert.

The salad was quite good, featuring large shrimp and a tasty vinaigrette dressing. However, our waiter never brought us any limes, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service was lacking, as we weren't checked on during our meal, and no one offered us drink refills. Despite these issues, it was not a bad stop after our long road trip.

Everything was great. The green salsa is really good. I had the marisco bowl. Really good. I like their chips as they are nice and light not to thick.

We had the taco salad and shrimp Pacifica. Hubby enjoyed his food very much. My taco salad was not bad. Place was pretty busy. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were not bad. Restrooms were clean. All in all it was ok. I don't hate it but I don'tlove this location. I enjoy the Rosenberg and Katy locations.
