Panera Bread - Cypress

Terrible! I'd never get the workers rude, careless again. we waited for 45 minutes to ask for a refund without food. my daughter was very hungry. we had to ask 5 times about the status of our order. every time we ask the girl, rolled her eyes and said that we work on it and said that she will call our name as soon as it was done! very good. do not recommend. there would be 0 stars if it was possible.

I usually never write a review on Google, but I have to say that this is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. The food is bland and tasteless. I've been here twice and ordered iced coffee which isn't self served for some odd reason like most Panera Breads. Every time I ordered iced coffee they never make it for me so I constantly have to go and ask them.Peeking over the counter it's dirty AF in the back. They make their sandwiches directly on the counter. The bathroom is sticky and the overall vibe is just off.I've been to many Panera Breads across the states and this is definitely the worst one.Stay away.

Haven’t been to Panera in years and sad to say I was not happy with my OrderS I went in looking for a certain Chicken Sandwich with nuts, grapes, apples and very tasty blend and got a substitute it seems.It was as if tasteless/season-less Napa Almond chicken breast sandwich which was semi stripped, added with some watery plain tasting MAYO, WITH NO ALMOND, was all placed in a nice soft yet hard ends bread, seems fresh of course and served with tomatoes and loads of lettuce and two tooth picks a side of a pickle and salty chips and served for $8.59 plus tax and a Signature Chicken Sandwich also very very tasteless!Basically my experience was a TASTELESS one!But the variety of DRINKS was decent with free refills !The Cashier was vague, maybe she was new I asked a few questions and she didn’t answer me seems the person behind her acknowledge/answered every question.Other than the great AC and clean appearancebeing great my meal was a FALL !Please do better

I walked in, noticed their are kiosk to one side to take my order. I asked the lady behind the count if I am supposed to order from these. I dont honestly know as I haven't been here in a while. I was flagged down by another woman who asked me to order via her.I make my order based on what's avaliable.I pay 15.57 for what you see in the photo.A 4-5 ounce chicken, Brioche bun, some spicy condiment and pickle chips (3 or 4 on sandwich) and the 1 ounce kettle cooked Potato chips (Super super plan) and a large drink.My problem is this.Nothing here is made fresh, nothing is created by the staff. Everything you buy and eat here was made in a factory and packaged here. They unwrap it and warm it up and give it to you. And then charge you the price of somewhere who cooked from raw.This play is a present Microwave food joint. Nothing more Nothing less.The people are nice and their service is nice.The value is not that great.This location appears to be closing soon. No one is ever in here.Right now at the busiest time of the morning. Two consumers including me. And I've been here for 30 mins.Something needs to change before this place goes under. I use to love coming here. But after this nearly 16 dollar sandwich, chips and drink... I might avoid them next time.

The food is fine same as any Panera anywhere but the service is trash. It always takes way too long, and they consistently screw something up in my order. I don't do special requests either just whats on the menu but I always get the wrong soup, or wrong sandwich, or a salad with no dressing.
