Gustavo's Scratch Kitchen - Dahlonega

So this place is great. The food is always delicious. The service is great. The only readon for the overall mid rating is cause we tried ordering several things from the menu and there were at least 5 that they were out of from beer selection to the apps. That was disappointing.

Taking off the fettuccine from the menu had to be the worst mistake ever made.i always feel like I'm spending an arm and a leg visiting this place too. Best thing on the menu now are the garlic rolls tho

I have been coming for two years and these are my thoughts. 1. The place is Not young kid or baby friendly. According to one of the hosts, several people have asked the owner(s) to get highchairs and they won't do it. I have to assume they dont want children in the restaurant. I told them we avoid this place because they don't accommodate young kids like ours. We still come once in a blue moon but that leads to part 2. The service and food wait times aren't very consistent. Overall, I still give it 3 stars overall. It definitely loses at least part of a star for not having highchairs.

Ordered a Cuban with no pickles. Was told by the server they could not make a sandwich to order. Had a drink and left. They were out of the rum ordered. There are plenty of other places in Dahlonega to eat. Skip Gustavos!

We were craving pizza and this got good reviews for pizza. It was mediocre at best. The crust wasn’t crispy and the underside was a bit undercooked. The spinach artichoke dip was good though. Wish we had gone to NightHawk Tavern instead. We ended up there for drinks and the pizza all around us at tables looked delicious.
