Írjon visszajelzéstI won't be returning to this restaurant. I've visited three times, and I've been disappointed each time. The main issue is that they are understaffed, which leads to long wait times just to get seated. They were out of Ranch dressing, Pepsi, and their buffalo sauce. Additionally, while the drinks are supposed to be free refills, they charged me for a second glass. They also advertise their wings as being "tortured," but in reality, they come with very little sauce. It's frustrating trying to dip my wings in dry lemon pepper seasoning.
So, like most other people, I decided to pay a visit because I was craving wings. It took awhile for us to be greeted because no one was at the front desk, which was strange because it was early in the morning and the place was almost empty, so I'm not sure what the staff was up to. Nonetheless, our server was mainly pleasant; she was a little gruff in a couple of comments, but she was nice overall. I ordered some wings with fries and their new Mountain Dew beverage. Our food took a long time to arrive; we were a party of four, so I understand why it might've taken a while, but as previously stated, the restaurant was nearly empty, so it didn't make much sense. The drink was decent, it'll be a hit or miss for most Regardless, after the food arrived, the wings were wonderful; they tasted rather delicious, and if you like the dipping sauce that comes with your wings, it just enhances their flavor. I would note, however, that the fries were a little cold and not the freshest tasting, which was disappointing because they almost tasted as if they had been sitting for a while, with that cold hard texture, which I didn't expect given that we were nearly the first people there. On top of that, our waitress didn't really follow up with us; for example, I finished my drink relatively quickly and was never asked if I wanted water or anything else, which was disappointing; then, towards the end of our meal, we wanted dessert, but since she wouldn't stop by and ask how we were doing, I had to hunt down an employee to get that added to our order, which was another semi bad thing about the visit. To give you a quick rundown of the cheesecake we ordered, it's marketed as a New York style cheesecake, but it's actually nothing like that; it's just plain old cheesecake with caramel drizzled over it, so the cheesecake isn't deserving of the name, and it was just your average cheesecake, so I won't order it again. Finally, on a side note, I had previously placed an order for pick up and remembered how terrible that experience had been; the order had said it was ready, but when I arrived it wasn't, and it was difficult to find employees to even check if my order was ready and give me updates on it; so for the experience to be similar again this time, but dining in, is disappointing. I don't blame the employees; it could simply be a management issue. Overall, I don't think this business is deserving of a one star rating because the meal was still decent, but it most certainly isn't deserving of anything better than a two star rating for me due to the lack of communication, as well as the poor service and potentially uneven food.
My family and I went on a Friday it’s been so long we ate out at a restaurant since Covid. When we arrived the hostess look like she didn’t even wanna be their . She was extremely slow and not friendly. When we sat down it took us about 20 minutes to take our order. Which we were about to walk out. It was empty their because we went early . It was a red flag as soon as I saw another customer waving the waiter down for Their check. The tables are sticky and we had to clean our own table and they had no pepper and Salt and the table . When we placed our order in the waiter kept repeating what we wanted. We didn’t get asked if we wanted refills . We had to ask for napkins and forks. Of course we didn’t tip because it was a bad service! Will never come back to this place . The other employees were no were to be found and this place needs to be sanitize down. Our wings was hard and so was the fries . Disgusting! We should have went to Olive Garden next door for way better customer service!
The service is extremely slow, and the customer service is disappointing. Dishes arrive at different times for the same table, which is frustrating. They were out of several ingredients for drinks listed on the menu. We had to request all the basics like water, ketchup, ranch, etc. The fries were greasy and overcooked. Overall, not a great experience.
I suppose she's the manager is fantastic. straight ahead and amazing. I'm sad to say that as soon as my favorite locations this place just doesn't seem to run well. I am not one to complain to me bc I know that the service industry is not easy, but today the hour wait and the fact that even after an entire hour I was told that our order was never given to the kitchen. the waitress we had before emily never apologised everything, and she's in my favorite waitress. the worst part of this that didn't even happen a whole hour, and my mother and daughter are both currently ill at their own. Unfortunately, they do not recommend this place anymore and I want to capitalize that they are both extremely ill at the moment, that this should be only before other plans too midday.
