Chick-fil-a - Dallas

Update: I spoke with a manager at the restaurant who was very kind and understanding in addressing the issue. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 5. She truly delivered excellent service.

This team is outstanding! I recently utilized their delivery service for our office and was truly impressed by how quickly they delivered, as well as Andrew’s friendly demeanor. Today, I returned for curbside pickup, and Jason brought my order to my truck quicker than I could check in! Jason has consistently been professional and genuine; I can’t say enough great things about him and the fantastic team he has helped build at the White Rock location!

Spicy grilled chicken sandwich meal with chicken noodle soup. Yes, it’s the grilled and not the fried but it is good! Big fan of the fried, but I do like the spicy grilled too.

So disappointing. PLEASE get my order right just once. You rush people through the drive through. The snotty girl who took my order would not repeat it back. I HATE basalmic dressing, I ordered the LIME dressing. I got the LITE basalmic. NO ketchup for my fries. I threw the food in the trash. Prices are so high now. I only like one dressing and one sauce at this place, if I am given the wrong one, I can't eat it. Slow down and get the orders right. I missed lunch. I was starving, and then got the wrong order for dinner. You guys suck.

No complaints, great food/service every time. They even gave me a nickname up there!!
