Chick-fil-a - Dallas

HUGE Chick-fil-A! But everything's big in Texas. I enjoyed seeing it to compare with the original in Hapeville GA near my home in ATL. It was great, Mr. Cathy would be proud!

Everything thibg is always good at this Chick-fil-A. #1 meal with sweet tea.

Employees are great. Food is great. And it’s chick fil a so it can’t be bad

The food is almost always great at this point and the staff is friendly. However, almost 25% of my orders (all mobile) are wrong. Sometimes it is a missed salad or salad spices, often it is a fried sandwich instead of grilled, recently it was the wrong kind of soup (a whole bowl of Chicken Noodle instead of Chicken Tortilla). I'm coming back, but I would recommend checking your order before you leave the area.

That's the worst Chick fil A I've ever gone to. I'm just coming because it's the next Chick fil A to my workplace. I'm always coming in. Almost 5 days a week and every time I come without failing, my order is wrong. I get the same order every time and every time it's wrong. I'm tied and puffed by the little old lady who works at the front when I ask for my order to be corrected. Today I didn't want to handle it, so I used the drive thru. My order was made wrong again, and when I asked to correct it, I was informed that they “do not do that” only to get my food, as I originally asked that it be done because they can actually do it, the team is simply not great with attention to detail.
