I never had a problem with this location, the staff is usually friendly and fast service. Today I ordered a 3pc chicken. While I ate the last PC, I noticed a bug in the chicken. I immediately examined the chicken. I called the store and no answer. So I decided to return to the store. When I returned, I expressed my concern and showed me the video and the pictures I had captured during my time. The manager assures me that the store had no mistakes. Then she asks me, “Did I eat the chicken outside?” She also said, “She must protect her shop.” I was more disappointed about her response than finding a strange object in my food. Customer service and satisfaction should be priority at any time. Consider the accountability for your business mistakes. A simple excuse would have been enough if I had eaten more than half of my order. I wasn't upset, but very sad by the manager's reaction. I will contact the health department and food services.
Staff are great. The chicken is good crispy and hot everything is fresh. The place is immaculate, especially the master bedroom. I don't know how the women's room is, but I can only assume it's clean and clean. Later. Food: 5/5
My husband and I drove from Denver CO., picked up my brother andsister-in-law in Leveland TX. We continued our trip to Baylor Hospital, and hotel. We dined at Church's 10/31/2022, 5:00 .The cashier, and the other 3 staff member's customer sevice was fine.As for the manger ger customer servive wouldn't even let the cashier finish taking our order. The manger listened trying to fill our order, asking us what it was we wanted. She wouldn't wait for order to come up on screen or let cashier take the order, creating chaos. The manger kept the throwing cooked chicken because she couldnt get our order right. She threw it into the box, taking it out and throwing it back into the holding bin where the chichen is kept hot.You could see her discust toward us because of our order, she couldn't get it correct. We only got half our order, had to wait for 10 min for the other half.Regarding our order, the fried chicken was delicious. The honey biscuit were dense, brown gravy/m.potatoes had been setting in the container for awhile, gravy was stuck on the sides of the container. The country fried steak had a nasty freezer burn taste, white gravy was watered down.This is the 2nd time for my brother and his wife to experience this unacceptable, foul costumer service at this location. Can not find out if dining is really open. I have called many times and they never answer. I just keep going elsewhere until Churchs decides to answer the phone.
