Cicis Pizza - Dallas

I wish I could give a negative star. When I arrived after placing my online order, I discovered I had to wait 30 minutes because there were six orders ahead of mine. The customer service from the cashier was poor, and the owner didn’t seem to care that I was in a hurry. The service was very disappointing, and it’s evident that he doesn’t prioritize his employees, either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I had just come from a city funeral and wasn't really in the mood to cook. I needed to go to the ATM, and luckily, I found a Bank of America nearby. When I noticed a CiCi's Pizza, I thought it would be a perfect place to stop. I went in and placed my order, and the young lady at the register was incredibly kind. I believe her name was Seline or Celine; I can't quite remember since it's been a tough time lately. She was genuinely nice, and my pizza and wings were prepared quickly. Before I left, she said, "Thank you, and I'm sorry for your loss," which truly meant a lot coming from a stranger, especially since I've been supporting my chosen family this past week. I really hope this review reaches her and her managers so they know how much her kindness impacted me.

Avoid ordering Cicis Pizza from any location other than the one at 3420 Illinois. They have an excellent variety of fresh pizzas, the prices are fair, and the restaurant is consistently clean. The staff is always friendly, and Tania goes above and beyond to ensure that my orders are correct every time. I particularly choose this location for their outstanding customer service.

Consistently large pizza with toppings. The service is also fast. Can't go wrong with this place. Tania gives you a great costume service always friendly.

This place keeps the food hot and ready for everyone who comes in. Never seen an empty pizza try, pasta bowl or salad plate. Television for soccer games. For a CiCis pizza this place is doing it right.Food: 4/5
