Commons Club - Dallas

The hotel is really cute. The aesthetic is very eclectic and whimsical which was very fun for photo ops. When we went into the restaurant itself the vibe was a bit dead but could have been because we went on a Sunday evening after typical dinner hours. Ithink this is a nice place for an intimate date night but I would honestly just go for drinks. The food was okay, it was a bitoverpriced for the amount you get and the quality. The service was really good. Our waiter Jeremy was on it and he took greatcare of us. I would say go eat somewhere first and end the evening at the Commons Club bar for a romantic and quiet vibe if yougo on a Sunday evening like we did.

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Commons Club and would return for the food alone!! Alright here is the breakdown Parking: A nightmare...valet was full and it took 15 minutes to get out of that area and back to the area rightnext door for self parking. Self parking was $11 bucks Seating: All parties have to be present to be seated Food: Meatballs,Duck and Sea Bass were Absolutely Delicious with the exception of that cheesecake. I never had a cheesecake that tasted burnt.The sauce and were good, the outside was horrible. Service: Great service...our waitress was nice. I would certainly suggestvisiting this location as you will enjoy your time.

The A/C was not functionally properly so it was extremely HOT. Our reservations were at 7:45 pm. The service was slightly slow but the food is the true star here. The food is so tasty and I know once they get the kinks worked out this place has so much potential. We had the Rockefeller oysters, mussels, and lobster pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly and the presentation was awesome. Our first round of cocktails were amazing, but second round tasted like a brand new drink. So consistency at the bar could be improved.

It was really warm in the restaurant, but otherwise an enjoyable dinner!

Amazing! Everything we ate was very good! Good drinks, great service super cute atmosphere. Definitely a place for photo ops!
