I am disappointed to only give Crisp and Green 3 stars, but my rating is based solely on my experience at the Hillcrest location. Normally, my office orders from the Lakewood location at least twice a week, but due to our office being in Highland Park, we have been picking up our orders instead of having them delivered. The staff at the Lakewood location is always friendly and our orders are always correct. However, at the Hillcrest location, there is a woman who appears to be the manager and she was extremely rude. When we were informed that they were out of an item for one of our salads, the woman shouted at the employee at the front, making both him and me uncomfortable. Despite our willingness to substitute the item, she continued to act rudely and aggressively in the back. Additionally, we noticed that one of the salads was missing the protein and when we pointed it out, we were simply told they were out of it. The young man working there offered to substitute, but the woman, who seemed to be the manager, stood there giving us a mean look. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, as good customer service is key for a successful business. If it weren't for this negative experience, we would continue to visit Crisp and Green. However, we will now stick to delivery from the Lakewood location as the service at the Hillcrest location was not up to par.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleased to find a healthy option for a quick takeout meal. It was easy to customize my order to be dairy-free, and the staff graciously offered to substitute carrots for the cheese. The service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. I would highly recommend trying the Squashgoals dish. The prices were reasonable, averaging $10-20 per person for lunch.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my mom and sister today. I was welcomed in and helped today by Alex and Garret. I was very impressed by all the toppings and options on the line, great fresh ingredients! I would recommend the Greek Out or Wild Wild Southwest salads.
