Smallcakes A Cupcakery - Dallas

I ordered a Gourmet cake for my daughters sweet 16 and this what we got. Looked like my 3 year old did this. We had to think quick and found another local bakery. Before bringing this to our daughter and ruin her birthday. The owner have not returned our calls or text messages.

I took my son imagining that it would be a good experience .. although the cakes and cupcakes are good, the two women who attend have no education, they do not say hello, they do not smile, they do not offer their help, they attend you until they want to pass in front of you, ignoring the presence of people that is horrible Annamarie worst cashier ever

I got lost driving downtown (I'm not from Texas) and found this place. How can cake batter be so fluffy and moist?!? I'm a cupcake fan and these are delicious!

Could not go by without stopping to try a cupcake. We went with day old $1.50 each had the chocolate with chocolate frosting and pineapple coconut. Moist with delicious flavorful frosting. So good had to eat with a fork !! Friendly staff and lots of choices. Go close to end of day for best selection of day old. Looking forward to trying more.

I ordered Friday the 13th cupcakes for a themed birthday party. I called and made my order and paid for the cupcakes on August 3rd. I went to pick up my order at 5 today and they did not made my cupcakes. They had no explanation on why they hadn't made them. The lady at the register had zero personality and called a younger lady over who told me they weren't done. I asked what do you mean they are not done. She said they are not done. Didn't apologize just handed me money back. This was the first and last time I will ever order from this place. How do you completely forgot an order that was paid for in advance? Now I have no dessert for the party. Not cool
