Taco Cabana - Dallas

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Burritos were good. Fajita tacos weren’t very good as the beef was overcooked and dry. Staff were nice and friendly. Everyone restaurant has a bad day, so may need to give it another try on a different day. I miss the family meals they used to offer. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Rude Ton . They also put my meal laterally in the pocket, which leads to all my food being mixed together. I'm not going back. I'm sure what the employees want anyway. You're being paid, right?

I had problems with the Taco Cabana app, so I decided to go in. Immigration and waiting for the counter, about 5 minutes. No one was nearby I noticed that an employee looked at me and then walked into the back of the kitchen. I had to order food to go, but decided to look at the menu inside. The female employee then came to me and said that the dining room was closed and that only the trip thru was open. I said, okay and told her that there was no sign and the doors were unlocked, as I should know. She said no word and I went out and went to Panda Express over the street, it was delicious. I deleted the Taco Cabana app, I will no longer disturb the staff there with my money. There is no need to contact me, I read all the other bad reviews of this place and obviously none of these concerns have ever been fixed, I just think that others need to be aware before trying to spend their money there. I'm sure there are other Taco sites that treat customers better.

This restaurant could be amazing if only employees interested in delivering a quality product. I ordered a chorizo and potatotaco. I asked her to leave the fat, please. Not for the first time. And sometimes potatoes are a week old, or so it seems. It's always something. I have to hold the line by sending it back the next time.
