Wendy's - Dallas

Most disgusting Wendy’s I have been to. Anytime you make an online order they always says they don’t have your order this time they made me wait for 30 minutes as they can’t see my order in there system which I made 15 minutes before being at drive thro bot my chicken sandwich patties were hard as rock had to throw them both. Never eating at this place again. And the staff is just rude

Sitting here now fa 30 minutes,, they are literally taking one car at a time .. cars are at Jim miller,,,Drive thru person sounds mad at the world ,,,,, only in the hood,

SERVICE WAS FAST! Of course Wendy's food is delicious. The staff was attentive and FAST! Did I mention that the service was FAST? Food: 5/5

These are the worst Wendys I've ever been. The night team is terrible, the customer service is extremely terrible!!!! There was no line when I can come back up there so that they could regain my order because it was ice cold for the first time!!!! The lady in the window was very disillusioned, she talked to me crazy as I was a child and had a snoring attitude with me.... Lady yall messed up his mad at ur coworkers not your customers. I'll go back tomorrow to talk to the actual manager.

Them mf's put shrunk cheese on my double stack now, which would have been good if you said that all you had and I would have made a voice to go somewhere else smmfh!!!
