Just popped in for a sandwich (chicken club) while visiting the hospital. While the food was quite good, the service was not worth the visit. I've never completed one of these before but due to the lady (s) behind the sandwich counter during my visit I felt compelled to. My hearing and her accent resulted in my needing her to repeat herself which apparently annoyed her so she started slapping condiment trays with her spatula designating what to choose from. She was also in such a hurry (with no one behind me at 1:30 pm) that I had to ask her to open the sandwich backup and add tomatoes which should come on the sandwich. There was no time to add anything else because she was in too much of a hurry. Then, to put the shoe on the other foot, she prepared my sandwich to eat there and one of the other ladies had to tell her I wanted it to go but again, in too much of a hurry to care what the customer wanted. Just annoyed how some one there for the customer can be so discourteous and rude. Rant over. Thank!
