Church's Chicken - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I love the specials, but I need fresh chicken every time. Chicken is only to be under heat lights for 45 minutes, so I need less grease and fresh chicken every time.

It was a Facebook ad for a two piece ,honey butter biscuit and pepper for 3.49. I asked for it . The lady at restaurant was unaware.

I went here yesterday afternoon and had the best service from the lady working the front counter. Her attitude was VERY pleasant. I thank her for it.

Bad customer service. Always out of things. Sign says ten but doesn’t open until 10:30. The lady just looked at me and ignored the fact that I was standing at the door in confusion. I only come here because I work in a food desert and this is literally my only choice unless I pack lunch. They should just shut down or hired new people. The ones here now only seem interested in assisting Spanish speaking customers.

The food was dark. Maybe they didn't change the oil
