Írjon visszajelzéstI visited the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a Chocolate Slim n Trim smoothie that tasted terrible, almost like vomit. The customer service at this location is also very passive-aggressive. I usually enjoy this smoothie from Smoothie King, but the Oak Lawn location is the worst I have ever experienced. I will not be returning here. I feel like my money was wasted, and I am very disappointed.
I don't usually write public reviews, but I feel like the franchisee and owner need to be aware of this. When I entered the restaurant, everyone was rushing around and yelling, the music was so loud that I couldn't even hear myself think. I waited in line for about four minutes before someone finally greeted me. I observed an employee outside on the phone, loudly discussing issues with other employees in front of customers waiting in line and in the drive-through. When I placed my order, my name was not taken and I had to wait a long time. My order was confused with others multiple times before it was finally handed to me. My recommendation is to lower the music volume, request names for orders, and hire employees who appear happy. The staff looked overworked, overwhelmed, and unhappy, which I believe is a management issue. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean, with banana peels on the floor and protein mixes mixed together. This was the first time I've been disappointed by the service at a Smoothie King location and I do not plan on returning.
