Schlotzsky's - Dalton

Food was great; wife loved the tomato basil soup. I love their sandwich bread. Would have been 5 stars if not for employees being rude to my daughter.

Let me start off by saying I love Schlotskys. Today was the exception tho. Several customers were waiting on food and the staff wasn't on top of the bags on the counter. Seems they were more focus on the box meals they were dealing with. My bag sat on the counter for 10 minutes cause no one knew what it was, no number to indicate. Staff had to take it out to verify what it was. Staffing wasn't an issue so that excuse can't be use it was just managements incompetence to handle a large order and manage their lobby.

Girl at counter was a bit rude. Tables dirty. Turkey sandwich was to smoky and cinnamon bun was a little dry. Firs experience here was not good. And it’s not busy. Sorry

This place is awesome! We ordered our food and it arrived hot and delicious! It was the first time I've eaten here, and will definitely return!
