Shire Breu-hous - Dalton

My first visit. Outstanding home brews! I got a flight so I got to try 4 different beers. Food and service were top notch! Wonderful live music too. Will be back !

Really awesome stylish brewery in an old warehouse. With many seating options inside and outside. We end up tasting two racks of flights and all of the beers taste great.

Best buffalo Mac ever by far hands down! You can not prove otherwise !!!! It was just the right amount of kick and tangy! Wow!!!!worth every cent!

Shire is a great addition to night life in Dalton. The design and atmosphere could go toe to toe with any big city bar or restaurant, great design, lots of details and perfectly lit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I went last night with my parents, we had great beer (the aptly named Bay State Best Bitter, and Firemen's Red) and a filling meal. I highly recommend the bourbon pork belly bites as an app, and it's great to see the kitchen keep growing and putting out more ambitious meals. Well worth the trip, thank you team Shire!

What a fantastic venue. I recently went for the first time to hear some fantastic jazz and enjoy some very tasty fresh pale ale. The bar area is a great room, the beer is excellent, and they are bringing in outstanding music. I look forward to checking out the food, more music downstairs, and bigger music events upstairs. I highly recommend this great place.
