Stacie's Corner Cafe - Dalton

Absolutely the cutest little shoppe!!! The staff was amazing. Was truly surpised on the options on foods and drink (espresso..teas etc) we ordered the classic burger (which was amazing according to the spouse) curly fries cooked to perfection along with frenchtoast the daughter raved over!! The begals are rainbow! Tge begal sandwich was great !! We also order lattes that came out very well..at the end we puechased truffle bonbons.. which were a delightful bite of flavor..

I have only ordered takeout from this restaurant. The online ordering process is straightforward. The eggs are excellent, and the bacon is cooked just the way you want it. The multi-grain bread is quite delicious. I do wish their breakfast sandwiches came with more than one egg or offered the option to add an extra egg. The bagels are decent, but I think biscuits would work better for the sandwiches if they had a bit more butter; otherwise, they can be a bit dry. The home fries are good, and the omelettes are tasty as well.

Stacie’s is the cafe of my dreams. The food is incredible and they have a variety of delicious vegetarian options, which is hard to find elsewhere and something that really makes a difference to me. They have a ton of options on their menu but they make them all so well. Their drink menu is constantly updated and never boring, and their bakery items are so good. I got a little turned around when I first visited them a couple of months ago, but the staff was so kind and pointed me in the right direction. It’s so helpful to have the ordering instructions posted! They offer online ordering, which I’ve used a couple times, it’s so convenient. The system is user friendly and you always get a time estimate. On top of all of that, the staff is truly kind and they do an amazing job. I brought cookies and pastries to my office today, and they were flying off the tray almost as soon as I set it down. I cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to visit again. 5 stars aren't enough for this review. Let me explain with a story: My pregnant fiancee and I went into Stacie's to order cookies and cupcakes for our baby shower. Nearly everyone in my fiancee's family has a gluten intolerance, so we needed gluten-free goods. We walked into the store and met with Stacie directly, who went over our order and took everything down with no problem. We told her the theme of the party (dinosaurs), and her eyes immediately sparked up and said she had to show us something. She took us to her side room and pulled out cookie cutters in the shape of dinosaurs and said she had been dying to use them, so we ordered all of our cookies in the shape of her cutters, but it doesn't stop there. She then told us that she would 3-D print a SPECIAL cookie cutter for us to match the dinosaur we had on our invitations! Needless to say, the cookies and cupcakes were AMAZING and all 100% gluten-free. They were hands down some of the best treats we've ever had, and almost all of our guests said they would have never been able to tell the difference between those treats and every day, not gluten-free treats. The cupcakes were perfectly moist (most gluten-free goods are dry), and the cookies had the BEST designs. We can't wait to see what she will do for our wedding!!

Charming little café managed by incredibly friendly staff. The food is delightful, homemade, and truly satisfying. I highly recommend this cozy spot for a great meal! They offer breakfast and lunch options.
