Starbucks - Daly City

I love this place sm i always go after school and they always get my order right the staff is amazing and although they dont spell my name right its ok because i love it here they always make my drink so fast (also if y'all bitches giving this place a one star review wanna throw hands say the word)

My son and I were in there to grab a drink and a breakfast sandwich. When getting in my car and putting the cup into my cup holder it then spilled all over my car causing a malfunction in my electric system and a $60 cleanup. I will not be going to this store anymore. This is the second time this has happened to me. They need to start checking if the tops are on correctly.

Staff here are pay more attention to music than customers.. don’t spend your money here only if you wanna wait 15 mins for the drink. Btw they mess up the drink sometimes too

I’m frankly disappointed in the service received today. I get that this is a busy location but it’s no order or structure in here. I charged as I waited for my drink and my drink took so long that I had to take penalties on my charging for waiting so long. But I didn’t give them 1 star for the long wait time. I gave one start because of the poor service. I sat back and observed as the baristas were rude and gave the other customers attitude. I saw one girl with the short black hair roll her eyes when a customer asked for extra cream. When I asked for sugar the lady didn’t help me because she said her hands were dirty. So in that case that’s when you wash your hands to assist me. I will not be attending this Starbucks again because of the bad service and the negative attitudes the baristas present. The coffee tasted terrible it was over burned and watered down .
