Dunkin' - Dania Beach

This place is a disaster! The staff is polite, I must admit, but there is definitely something wrong with the management. There were plenty of employees working, but they couldn't keep up with the regular flow of customers, even though it was only 11 o'clock on a weekday. As I waited in line, I watched as customers who walked in were served before me, and I saw two workers outside taking a break while the assistant manager was doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. I'm grateful I don't work there, I can't even imagine how chaotic it must be during peak hours at 7-8 pm.

It is such a shame that NOBODY can get anything right. I'm surprised they even get my drink order right. But every time I order food it is always old or my bagels are NEVER toasted. The employee's need to time their food right. Don't make to much at first. I don't like getting old hard cold food. I'm tired of wasting my money at this store. And I won't even bother going back to ask to have it fresh, since the last time it took them damn near 20 minutes to give me a toasted bagel with cream cheese.

From today for coffee. as always. clean facility, lounge, free wlan. has a drive-thru that was busy today. Stop, if you're in the opposite, you'll like it here.

Rude and Terrible customer service. Ordered an ice coffee they refused to make… so, ordered two regular coffees with cream and sugar. Mind you not extra cream and sugar, but we were given nothing but water, cream, and sugar.

So we decided to walk down to Dunkin for ice coffee that has way to much sugar, top it off we ordered cranberry orange muffin, we got chocolate chip muffin the bagel was perfect, bit how hard is it to listen and make sure things are done right!
