Costco Food Court - Danville

Currently, only hot dogs and sodas are being offered until July due to construction work.

Recently, they started checking membership as you enter the store, which is a positive change. However, I found the employees could be friendlier, especially when it comes to processing returns. When I returned some items, I used a different entrance, as I was under the impression that returns could be made at any door. The two employees inspecting items on the way out were rather unhelpful and insisted that I go through the main entrance instead. After confirming with other staff, I realized this should not have been an issue. It seems that perhaps only a few employees are not fully trained. Overall, my shopping experience this morning around 10:00 AM was quite disappointing.

This is an excellent place to shop for quality food at great prices. The store is impeccably clean and extremely well-organized. The staff is diligent and always working hard to assist customers and members. The food is fantastic and affordable! You can find amazing deals and generous packages at Costco Danville. I highly recommend it — 5/5!

It was extremely crowded. There's a fantastic selection, but you should be ready to spend some time searching for a parking space on a Saturday.

Craig, in the tire center has helped me a few times on different occasions and is always really helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me grab a flat tire from my car today when he noticed I had a baby and toddler in tow. Another time he made sure my car would be seen even though they were swamped. He is just really helpful and that’s is not always the case with Costco tire centers (not to hate but the Livermore tire center sucks).
