I visited the restaurant today after church and placed an order, but they left out three items I had paid for. When I brought my receipt to the manager, she insisted that I would need to pay for them again, despite their mistake. She was rude and unhelpful when I asked for an explanation, and ultimately told me to leave the store. When I tried to address the situation further, she called the police and claimed I was being aggressive, even though my frustration was a response to her own behavior. She dismissively stated she didn't care if I had already paid for the items. I requested the contact information for the district manager or the franchise office, but she refused to provide it, saying it was for her to know and for me to find out. The manager's name was Amy. Later, I called the Logan store and received an apology for how I was treated, and they even offered to replace the three missing items.
