Bobby's Burger Palace - Darby Township

I was excited to try Bobby Flay's burger Joint after moving home to Philly. The atmosphere reminded me of a 60's or 70's food service Automat. It was clean and retro with tables and a long counter that swirls around right outside the open kitchen. I had my burger crunchified, which was basically adding potato chips on top. It was delicious. I had to try all of the different sauces too. I loved the burger sauce, which was a little soy sauce A1 tasting.... yum! We shared sweet potato fries which came with a honey Dijon horseradish sauce which was amazing! I can't wait to go back!
