Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

This place has some really good food..I went on a sunday and the place wasn't packed.... my food was Delicious The server was really very attentive.I had lemon pepper wings (breaded)wit sweet potato fries..and a drink called the hook punch with rum in it was soo delicious!! My guest had coconut shrimp..with fries and his drink strawberry Margherita it was all so very delicious..and corn with garlic butter that really made the meal!!

Great pricing, love the cold air, drinks are fabulous, and the food ? our waitress was an amazing person I love how fast the food is served I was really hungry lol definitely coming back I waited all my life to come here and I’m happy I came with my wife ???Parking: Easy access

I have to give this place 2 stars. Ill start with the food. The food was horrible the garlic butter sauce was bland and the dungeness crab legs were dry and over cooked. So where the shrimp and scallops. The potatoes were good and the corn was good. According to the menu if you do the build boil it come with 2 potatoes and and 1 corn order the dungeness and the shrimp soni should have received 4 potatoes and 2 ears corn. My date did not receive his scallops in his order and he also didn't recieve his potatoes and corn. I would not recommend for the food. The atmosphere was pretty good the music and entertainment was good. Our waitress may have been overworked but she did spend alot of time talking to co workers. Overall give this place a 4/10 and would not return as it was not worth the money we paid

I had an incredibly pleasant experience at this location. They were super friendly and helpful. The host staff was polite, the server was welcoming and professional, and most of all the manager on the shift (Jessica I believe) was one of the most professional, polite, and customer oriented people that I've ever come across. I went there with my fiance and newborn and it was kareoke night....the music was very loud and we decided to leave...the staff offered to lower the music and were just so courteous that we decided to stay. Customer service isn't always commonplace in today's world....but this place did it right.

Wish I could give a better review, but my experience wasn't great. Though we were seated quickly, it seemed as though the staff was very confused. I made reservations, and they had no clue about my arrival. Once seated, it took our waitress quite a while to come great us. We got a margarita that that once you sipped it, would put hair on your chest. And in our seafood bags, everything was just a little over cooked.
