Really awesome French cafe. We regularly go for lunch and the filo pastry chicken and tarragon pie is to die for. They also have a wonderful dinner menu with lots of traditional favourites. Laid back vibe definitely more a cafe than a restaurant. Covered outdoor area is nice, although but can be a bit hot during the day in summer. Always friendly service.

It's still my favourite cafe in Surry Hills. The peaceful atmosphere in the courtyard, the friendly staff and the extremely reasonable prices are three good reasons for making this my favourite cafe. However the mouthwatering meals made with fresh ingredients are the main reason I I'm now a frequent visitor. And whenever I feel like adding something else to the designated menu, Dominique has no problems. Perhaps because I ask politely.
