Írjon visszajelzéstTraveling in Darmstadt for business, and I ran into this place. Friendly, helpful staff, great environment, excellent falafel! ... and I'm a picky eater...
Well how do I put this-Indian food with a European tadka or the other way round.Lovely place, serves up some very interesting Indian and oriental fusion food. Most of them are one-pot dishes. In the range of 8-10 Euros.Open till 9pm.Has a cafe kind of feel to it.Was surprised to find some real hard-core Indian vegetables being used for the dishes!
This restaurant has a daily changing freshly prepared menu of many different type of curries with meat or vegetarian. Food has always been delicious when I've eaten there. It's very close to the shopping area of Darmstadt. Parking is easy as a few yards away is a multi-story car park. When the weather is good they also have seats outside. Newspapers are usually available giving it a cafe type atmosphere. Well worth trying,of course if like curry!
I ordered the organic ground beef curry with rice which was very good and enough to feel satisfied. The restaurant itself is quite small so it can easily happen that all seats are taken during lunchtime. Prices are not cheap, but fair. The only things...that bothered me a bit were a slightly grubby glass for my (non-alcoholic) beer and the uninspired interior design.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had falafel with hummus, which was tasty but a bit dry. Decent prices. Note that they don't sell beer or wine.
