Alexandra's Pizza Burnside - Dartmouth

Despite the many negative reviews, I was hesitant to give this place a try. However, I've enjoyed their poutine from the Woodside location several times and found it to be truly delicious. Tonight, I opted to order poutine from their restaurant, and I can honestly say it’s the best poutine I’ve ever tasted. Thank you!

I placed an order for a pizza to pick up, but there was a bit of confusion—I'm not sure if it was my error or theirs. After returning to my hotel, I called to let them know that one of the pizzas was wrong. They promptly made a new pizza and delivered it to my hotel. Both the pizza and the donairs we ordered were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellent takeout pizza! The staff was friendly and let us know about a deal that helped us save some money. Both the pizza and garlic fingers were incredibly tasty!

The pizza took a long time to arrive, and although we ordered a medium size, what we received felt more like a small! To make things worse, the last slice had a piece of aluminum foil on it, which could have been a choking hazard for my little sister!

I’ve had multiple experiences with staff who were extremely rude. I’ve seen them advise other customers with complaints to call for help, but after giving them three opportunities, we discovered they not only refused to take responsibility for the soggy food but also permanently banned us from calling back. The men we dealt with were shockingly disrespectful and wouldn’t admit their mistakes. Don’t expect any issues to be resolved; you might just end up being banned for voicing your concerns. Save your money and avoid a place that doesn’t appreciate its customers.
