Ela Restaurant - Dartmouth

Large selection of Greek cuisine, including a couple of Cypriot dishes which caught my attention. Food and service were excellent.

I've been here many times, but on this latest visit, were were treated to a private wine tasting event hosted by the owner Costas and what a great treat. For someone like myself who enjoys quality wine but is not necessarily an expert, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. That topped off by the food at Ela! which is likely some of the top Greek in Halifax, it was fantastic.

Nestled in Dartmouth Crossing, this was a pleasant surprise when we wanted a quick drink and eats. Food was great, especially the Haddock Lemonato and the drinks were well worth the money. Great place to dine especially if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Ela in Dartmouth Crossing provides large portions at reasonable prices and the food is very good. I had a lamb orzo pasta that was not only delicious but had a very generous amount of lamb. My wife had two lamb skewers with rice and a Greek salad and the lamb was also really excellent.

The food was delicious and portions large incl. the baklava which is normally a tiny triangle. The greek salad is enough for 3.
