Super bad service. It took more than 30 minutes to deliver an order. 4 people inside and no one did anything. When I ask about my order, no one answers anything and they ignored me. Too bad qbano sandwhich was super different

Excellent flavor identical to Colombian sandwiches! Very good customer service. Unfortunately I give 1 star for the atmosphere because the staff at the place (Truck) in front are too boisterous, they shout all the time and it gets annoying while trying to have a good time enjoying a Qbano sandwich.

I have been a regular at Qbano restaurant and have always enjoyed their delicious food. However, my recent visit was disappointing due to the service I received. I was seated outside with my dog, savoring the food I love. When my order was brought out, I asked Sofia, the server, for my drinks. To my surprise, she informed me that I had to go inside to get them myself. This was inconvenient and frustrating, especially since I was dining alone and had to leave my table and food unattended. While the food at Qbano is consistently excellent, the service during this visit left much to be desired. I hope they can address this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.
