Dunkin' - Davenport

The service is extremely slow, and the food doesn’t taste fresh at all. Additionally, the staff seems to be quite curt when talking to customers. I try to avoid this location whenever possible.

The coffee and donuts were quite good, but unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. None of them smiled or even greeted me with a simple good morning. After finishing my donut, I decided to buy a chocolate croissant for my brother. However, once I got back to the car, I felt the croissant and realized it was rock hard, almost like it was stale. I returned to the counter and asked for a refund or a different donut, but they simply took the croissant to the back, warmed it up, and handed it back to me. Honestly, the service was really disappointing. You’d be better off going to Kwik Star or nearly any other place.

It seems that every other time I visit this location, there is an issue with my order—something is either missing or made incorrectly. Today, I received my sandwich and found that the sausage was cold, even though this was a remake due to a previous mistake. The staff could certainly improve, especially when it's not busy.

I also noticed that all the Baskin-Robbins signs, equipment, and products were gone. When I looked online, I couldn’t find any information about a Dunkin' having a Baskin-Robbins attached to it, so it seems that there isn’t one in the area anymore, which is a bit disappointing. On a positive note, I tried their pepper bacon breakfast sandwich, and it was surprisingly good—much better than what I’ve had at Hardee's or Burger King. I’ve actually stopped going to both of those places for breakfast.
