Írjon visszajelzéstThe best sushi and sashimi place in town. I come here regularly but the past months the quality was kinda going down. Back here again today and the quality is back in business! Over the roof! Sashimi was very fresh. Rolls were on spot! Spring rolls always my favorite. I always put sriracha in the sauce to spice it up a little. Try it!
The food was an absolutely delight, great way to spend a date night. Our server was very attentive I really wish I would have gotten his name but he was on top of things. I highly recommend the boba they serve it's is refreshing and pairs well with their sushi if you are looking for a non alcoholic way to cleanse the pallet between dishes.
I can’t believe we haven’t eaten here before. The food is fantastic, the place is super clean and cozy, and the server is funny and humorous! The food portion is spot on—there are restaurants that will serve you with too much rice or too much veggies, but this place gives you more viand which is perfect for me. We took home half of everything that we ordered since we were so satisfied and full already, which says about the portions of the food. The food tasted so good: you can taste the richness of the pho in udon; meat is so tender; and soup in the pho tasted so rich in flavor. It’s just perfect, especially that pho in this cold cold winter. I’m so happy my husband and I found this place. We will definitely go back!
Let’s start with the food. They have an extensive variety of Asian dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. I’ve sampled many types of sushi, and each one has been a delight. The spring rolls remind me of the joyful scenes with Julie Andrews running through the hills in "The Sound of Music." As for the pho, it’s like a taste of bliss in a bowl. I’ve lost sleep thinking about it; it’s absolutely heavenly. They simmer it for 12 hours, and the best time to go is around 8 PM when you get the last of the pot—it’s truly *chef's kiss*. I savor every drop of that pho because it’s pure liquid gold. Even when ordering to-go, I’ve never been let down. I’ve traveled far and wide to try pho from other restaurants, and nothing, absolutely nothing, comes close. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews about the staff, especially the owner. Yes, he can come off as a bit grumpy at times, but let's be understanding. If you take a moment to talk to him, you’ll learn that he wakes up at 5 AM every day to start preparing the pho. If you treat the staff with patience and respect, they will reciprocate. These past few years have been challenging for restaurant owners. I wholeheartedly recommend Fuji and Pho Cafe to anyone!
This was only my third visit to this restaurant, and the food consistently impresses me. I want to give a shoutout to our server from last night; he was managing the entire restaurant with incredible energy and always had a smile on his face. I will definitely return!
